Prima di tutto voglio ringraziarvi per aver visto il mio blog! Mi chiamo Nary, sono cambogiana vivo in Italia da oltre 10 anni. Nel mio tempo libero mi piace scrivere , cucinare e viaggiare.
COME E’ NATO IL MIO BLOG
La mia passione per la cucina è nata quando sono arrivata in Italia, infatti la lontananza dal mio paese mi ha costretto a cucinare i piatti dalla mia terra. Per sentirmi più vicina alla mia famiglia ed ai amici cambogiani ho iniziato a condividere le foto delle pietanze che cucinavo tramite i social media. È così che tanti amici e conoscenti, soprattutto, italiani hanno iniziato a chiedermi le ricette dei piatti che pubblicavo. Questo mi ha spinto a creare questo blog per condividere con voi le ricette dei cibi che ero abituata a mangiare durante la mia infanzia, raccontarvi così anche un po’ della cultura del sud est asiatico. Le ricette che troverete qui non sono quelle dei ristoranti per turisti, bensì quelle tradizionali che la gente locale cucina nel suo quotidiano.

First of all, I would like to say thank you for visiting my blog. My name is Nary, I am Cambodian, live in Italy for more 10 years . During my free time I like writing, cooking and traveling.
HOW DID I COME UP TO CREATE MY BLOG
My passion toward cooking was born when I arrived in Italy, being a way from my country forced me to cook dishes from my homeland. To feel closer to my family and Cambodian friends I started sharing the photos of the foods I cooked on social media. And then, many friends and people I know , specially Italian, started asking me for the recipes that I shared. Their interests in Khmer cuisine inspired me to create this blog to share with you all the recipes I used to eat during my childhood, and taking the opportunity to tell you about the culture of South East Asia. The recipes you will find here, are not only those for tourists in the restaurant, but traditional ones that the local people cook in their daily lives.

ជាដំបូងសូម អគុណដែលបានចូលមកមើល blog របស់នាងខ្ញុំ ។ ខ្ញុំឈ្មោះណារី ជនជាតិខ្មែរមក រស់នៅអុីតាលីជាង ១០ ហើយ ។ នៅពេលទំនេរខ្ញុំចូលចិត្ត សរសេរ ចម្អិនម្ហូប នឹងដើរកំសាន្តទីកន្លែងផ្សេងៗ ។
មូលហេតុដែលខ្ញុំបង្តើត blog
ចំណង់ចំណូលចិត្តក្នុងការចម្អិនអាហារបានកើតមាននៅពេលខ្ញុំមកដល់ប្រទេសអុីតាលី ។ ការឃ្លាតឆ្ងាយពីប្រទេសកំណើត បានបង្ខំឱ្យខ្ញុំនឹកឃើញចង់ចម្អិនម្ហូបស្រុកខ្មែរ។ ដើម្បីអោយមានអារម្មណ៍ជិតស្និទ្ធនឹងគ្រួសារក៏ដូចជាមិត្តភ័ក្រនៅស្រុកកំណើត ខ្ញុំបានចាប់ផ្តើមចែករំលែករូបថត ម្ហូបដែលខ្ញុំបានចម្អិនតាមបណ្តាញសង្គម។ ហើយពេលនោះក៏មានមិត្តភក្តិនិងអ្នកស្គាល់ជាច្រើននាក់ ជាពិសេសជនជាតិអុីតាលី បានចាប់ផ្តើមសួរខ្ញុំពីរូបមន្តធ្វើម្ហូបដែលខ្ញុំបានចែករំលែក។ ការចាប់អារម្មរណ៍របស់ពួកគេលើម្ហូបខ្មែរ ជាកត្តាជំរុញឱ្យខ្ញុំបង្កើតប្លុកនេះឡើង ដើម្បីចែករំលែកជាមួយអ្នកទាំងអស់គ្នានូវ រូបមន្តអាហារដែលខ្ញុំធ្លាប់ញុំាកាលពីកុមារភាព នឹងជ្លៀតឱកាសផ្សព្ធផ្សាយអំពីវប្បធម៌អាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍។ រូបមន្តមុខម្ហូបដែលខ្ញុំសរសេរនៅក្នុងប្លុកនេះ មិនមែនមានតែមុខម្ហូបសំរាប់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរណ៍នៅតាមភោជនីយដ្ឋាននោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែជារូបមន្ត ប្រពៃណីដែលប្រជាជនក្នុងតំបន់ចំអិននៅក្នុងជីវិតប្រចាំថ្ងៃរបស់ពួកគេ។
